The Rain POS system allows you to integrate special functions for Search Engine Optimization. The first of these is the Facebook Pixel code that allows you to track valuable information about your page visitors. For example, it can track ad conversions for your Facebook ads, allowing you to better target. Here is a useful overview from the team at Hootsuite about what the pixel code is and why it can be beneficial to set up a Facebook Pixel code even if you're not yet using Facebook Ads.

You can get to this part of the system by clicking on the Admin Button with your username in the upper right and going to Settings > Website > SEO.

Facebook Pixel Tracking

If you have your Facebook Pixel account set up, you can follow these steps:

1) From the Admin Button > Settings > Website Settings > SEO, turn Enable Pixel Tracking ON.

2) Copy your Facebook Pixel ID number from your Facebook account and paste it into the Facebook Tracking Pixel ID field. This should just be an ID number, it should not look like programming code.

3) Click the Save button to finalize your changes.

Google Analytics

If you don't already have a Google Analytics account, our Onboarding team will set one up for your site during the deployment process, and you'll see a Google Analytics ID here. If you have your own Analytics already set up for your domain, you can enter the Google Analytics ID here and then Save at the bottom and site traffic to your pages will be tracked automatically once the site is live.
