Marketing Reports

You can get to this part of the system by clicking Reports then clicking on the specific report you need in the Marketing section.

Coupon Usage

You can view all Coupons used in whatever time-frame you need in this useful marketing report. Coupons you create under Marketing > Coupons are listed by Coupon Title in descending order with the highest Quantity Redeemed at the top and the Discount Total for each. The report also shows the total number of unique coupons used during the period and the Total Discounts for the period. You can use this report to see how much your marketing efforts through Coupons are costing you so you can plan your future marketing through coupons. Please note, this report does not track Reward Coupons redeemed; it tracks coupons you manually create in Marketing > Coupons.

Marketing Dashboard

The Marketing Dashboard is a summary report showing your activity on sales resulting from automated marketing emails and automated coupons the marketing system sent to your customers in the past three months. It shows the number sent, the number clicked, the coupons redeemed, and the resulting sales across your Birthday Coupons, Come Back Coupons (these are sent to customers who haven't shopped with you in a time frame you specify), and Bounce Back Coupons (these are printed on register receipts as incentive to come back soon). It also shows results for the New Products, On Sale, and Top Sellers automated emails.

Purchase Survey

This feature allows for the collection of survey data from customers at the time of purchase in the Register, and this report organizes the responses for you. Your Purchase Survey can be enabled and set up in Settings > Marketing > Purchase Survey. To set up a survey you need to add a question along with predetermined answers, though custom answers can be enabled. Only one survey question can be active at a time and the question will appear in the Register as a popup at the end of the transaction. This collected data can be viewed in the Purchase Survey report and from the transaction view. This feature is only available for those paying for the Marketing Package.

Reviews

The Marketing Package allows you to send Review Requests to customers who have had a good experience with you, and the Reviews Report will track for you the results of the reviews you get. The graph in the upper part of the report shows how many Review Requests you sent, how many of those were Clicked, Positive and Negative Feedback, and how many of the positive responses went on through the process and Proceeded to Google to leave you a review. Negative responses are not prompted to proceed to Google and leave a review, of course.

The lower section of the report shows you numbers and percentages for all of the above data areas (Review Requests Sent, Clicked, Positive Feedback, Negative Feedback, and Proceeded to Google), and which results came from emails you sent and which ones came from text message. You are also able to click and View Negative Comments, so you can address relevant issues in your service and business operations.

Top Customers

How do you identify your best spenders so you can reward them, or just see how they're doing? The Top Customers Report breaks all this down for you, giving you their contact information, Birthday, Dollars Spent, and showing you the last time they came in to visit. Note that clicking on the customer's name takes you to the Customers module, where you can look up further details. You can view any Date or Date Range needed, and you can click to Export your results.

Wait Lists

You can set both Classes and Products to have Wait List functionality active. What that does is, if the class has no seats left, or if the product is sold out, people can sign up to be on a Wait List, giving you the info you need to contact them if the class or product becomes available. For Classes, you will set this on the Pricing tab (if you don't see that option, go to the gear-shaped button and go to Settings > Website Settings, and in the Classes area, click to enable Add to Wait List). To edit a class, click on Website > Classes, and click on the Title of the class with which you want to work. For your Products, the option will appear on the Product's Website Settings tab.
