Enter whatever you're curious about and we'll give you a smart summary of the best answers as well as relevant articles.
If you have items already saved in the system you need to load into a Purchase Order or a Receiving Order you can do so by going to Inventory > Products. You can use the Filter area and/or the item Search to find the products you want to add to an order. Check the boxes for those items on the left. The system will remember and will never un-check selected items, so you can do multiple searches and/or filters and select more items each time until you have everything you need.
To load the selected items into a new order, select the items you want to export as described above, then click the Bulk Actions button, and click Export PO or Export RO from the drop-list. When you click to export, a window will open that will let you do the initial configuration of your order, as pictured below:
Items being exported are listed at the top, with each variant having it's own line item as with the first for lines above. Use the Next and Previous buttons to view additional items. Make sure the Ship To location is the correct one (if you have multiple Locations in the system) and that you set the Vendor. Click Export if everything looks good, and the system will open the new Order in a new browser tab so you won't have to leave the Products page in case you need to do more work there. Here is our new Purchase Order from the example above:
From here it will work as your Purchase Orders normally do, and it is saved as a Draft in your list of orders.
