How can we help?

These highly requested features are part of the optional Marketing Package. If you do not yet have the Marketing Package and if you're interested in having us demo it for you, please give us a call at 385-354-6655 and use option 1 for our sales department.

You can get to this part of the system by clicking on the Admin Button with your username in the upper right and then clicking on Settings > Marketing > Emails.

Here is an overview of the automated email functions:

• Upload your logo for use in all marketing email.
• Set your primary corporate color.
• Send yourself preview samples of the different marketing emails you have active.
• Customize message text and delivery day of the week for each different marketing email.
• Manage Coupon marketing emails.
• Manage Notification emails for classes and service anniversary reminders.
