If you have manufacturers that require you to respect MAP Price (minimum advertised price) you can enable that functionality by going to Settings > Features > Pricing, and turn the toggle on in the MAP Pricing area, as pictured below. Be sure to click Save in the upper right once you're done:
Once that is active, you will have MAP Price fields in your products and the system will warn you whenever you try to save a price for the item that would be below your MAP guideline. MAP Price is not anything your customers will ever see; it is an internal benchmark for how low your pricing can go, so it's for your eyes only. Please note, this works ONLY in the Product Page 3.0. To add MAP Price to a product, open it and on the Product Information tab, scroll down to the Pricing section and enter the Minimum Advertised Price allowed by the manufacturer.
You can use the Filters in the upper right of the main Products page (under Inventory > Products) to find items that have MAP Pricing saved or items that don't, as you need. By default, you'll see all items, as pictured below.
We have added a column for MAP Price to the following spreadsheets under Inventory > Bulk.
Prices can be added and/or edited in those areas.
