Steps for Creating a Digital Download Product

You'll create your product in the normal way (you can do this anywhere in the system using the +Create New button in the upper left). To set the product to be a Digital Download, follow the instructions below:

1. Create the Product - Click the +Create New button in the upper left, then click Product.
2. Enter a Title - You should include something like 'Digital Download' in the Product Title on the Product Information tab so your customers will know it is not something physical that will be shipped to them. It's a good idea to do this with the Meta Description and Product Description on the Website Settings tab as well.
3. Set Digital Download - Go to the Website Settings tab and scroll down to the Digital Download toggle and turn it on. A Choose File button will appear when you do so.

4. Upload Your File - Click Choose File to search your computer for the file you want. This file can be a single file or a Zip file of as many separate files as you like. It needs to be 100MB or less.
5. Save - Click the Save Product button and be sure to wait as long as is needed so the file has time to finish uploading.

Please Note: When a customer purchases the digital download product they'll be given a link that they can use from their IP address twice. If they share the link with someone else, it will not work for them.
