The Store Locator is a powerful tool to show customers how to find the store locations that sell your products. As with other data-entry modules (e.g. Products, Calendar, FAQ, etc.), you will enter the data for your store locations, and the system will lay them out on the page and automate the content for you.
You can get to this part of the system by clicking on Website in the blue Admin Toolbar, then clicking Modules, and then Store Locator. (You can also get there from the Edit pencil icon the module itself.)
The first step is to click on the blue Add Store Location button which you’ll find on the top of the page.
Next, a window will appear on your right that asks for basic store information. The only required fields are Name, Address, City, and State/Zip though filling out everything is recommended. Once you have the information entered, a blue ‘Find Geocode Location’ button will appear. Click on that to find the correct latitude and longitude of the store you’re entering, and after you verify all the information looks correct click ‘Save’. Repeat the process until all the stores you’re entering are done.
It is very easy to add the Store Locator module to a page, and the module is fully automated, so it will display and manage the data that you have entered for your different locations, and will also update as you add more. Here is how you add the module to your page:
The new module will appear below all other content in the Body area. Your visitors will be able to enter a zip code and see stores nearby, as pictured here:
