Your first choice for a browser to work with our system should be Firefox, but if that does not work for you for some reason, you can use Chrome. Be aware that some elements of the system do not work as well in Chrome, although the major functions work just fine.
Chrome is very easy to set up for printing use in our system. To set up, log into the system in Chrome and go to print either a receipt or a label.
Chrome brings up a preview of the print:
Be sure to verify that the right printer is selected, and you will always print to Portrait for receipts. Click on More Settings at the bottom of the side panel:
Set Margins to Minimum, un-check Headers and Footers, and then try your print. Please note that the preview for receipts from a Star printer is almost always wrong, showing an extremely long run of receipt paper. Please disregard this, you will be safe to print.

Labels are sometimes a little more involved than receipts, from Chrome. Start by logging into your point of sale system, clicking on Products > Products > Print Barcodes. Search for a product, pick your label size, and at the bottom of the window, click Print Preview:
In the Print Preview screen, click the Print button and you will see something like this:
Make sure you have the proper printer selected. For both Dymo and Zebra printers, you will be printing in Portrait. Click More Settings and set Margins to None. At this point you can try a print, but many people experience better results by clicking on Print Using System Dialog at the bottom of the sidebar. Here is what you will see:
Select your label printer and click Preferences. Make sure the correct label size is selected (for Dymo, click the Advanced button in the lower right and then set your label size, for Zebra, you will be able to set it directly in the window that pops up). Click OK, then click Apply in the Print window, and then click Print.
