Work Orders Now Require Serial Numbers Before Reserving Inventory
We've added safeguards to prevent issues with reserved serialized inventory in Work Orders, such as extra reserved inventory and serial numbers not properly attaching to sold products. If a serial number hasn't been assigned to a serialized product in a Work Order, no inventory reserves. Work Orders can't be completed, quoted, or paused until a serial number is assigned, and once assigned, that serial number stays reserved until sale, removal from the Work Order, or reassignment. This applies to all Work Orders moving forward; previously affected inventory records can't be identified or corrected retroactively.

Work Order Barcode Not Generating
We have resolved an issue where, in some cases, the barcode wasn't generating properly when printing Work Order tickets.

Shopify Product Images Removed on First Sync for Rain-Source Stores
We fixed an issue with the Shopify integration's initial sync: When running the initial sync, if Rain was set to be the source of truth for data, the process was removing existing Shopify product images. The sync now imports and merges existing Shopify images into Rain before pushing product data back, preserving the full image gallery on both sides.

Coupon Not Applying at Online Checkout for Multiple Classes
We resolved an issue where a Coupon restricted to Class items wouldn't apply at online checkout when multiple Classes with varying quantities were in the cart. This was happening even if the subtotal met the Coupon's requirements.

Coupon With Large Product Lists Clearing All Items After Saving
We corrected an issue where saving a Coupon with around 30 or more items assigned to it would clear all the assigned items instead of retaining them.
