Website Marketing Pop-Up
You can now display a pop-up on your website to collect visitor contact information, with the option to automatically add signups to your email subscription lists. Configure the pop-up's content, required fields, and layout under Website > Website Editor > Marketing Pop Up. You can view full details on how to use this in this knowledge base article.

Saved Card Management and Card Nicknames
We've updated the Saved Cards area in the Edit Customer panel that lets you view and manage saved payment methods in one place. You can assign custom nicknames to saved cards for easier identification and remove cards when needed. Card nicknames now display throughout the system wherever card-charging functionality is used.

Work Order Export Now Includes a Department Column
The Work Order export now includes a Department column, making it easier to filter, sort, and analyze Work Orders by department outside of the system.

Work Order Due Dates Populating Unexpectedly
We fixed an issue where changing a Work Order's status could occasionally populate a due date unexpectedly.

Time Clock Weekly Filters Misaligned
We fixed an issue where the This Week and Last Week filters on the Time Clock Report used a Monday–Sunday date range. These filters now align with the rest of the system by using a Sunday–Saturday week.

Tiered Coupon Discounts Not Applying Correctly on Website
We corrected an issue where tiered Coupon discounts weren't updating correctly as the website cart subtotal crossed different discount tiers. This could cause a lower-tier discount to apply even when the order qualified for a higher tier.

Shopify Refunds Not Syncing When Product No Longer Exists
We resolved an issue where a full refund processed in Shopify wouldn't sync to the system if the refunded product had since been deleted or recreated in Shopify, leaving the order incorrectly showing as un-refunded.

Work Order Sales Rep Missing from Form Style Receipt
We corrected an issue where the assigned Sales Rep wasn't appearing on the Form Style Receipt when a Work Order was completed in the Register. The Work Order's Sales Rep now pulls through to the receipt so it prints correctly and commission is properly attributed.

Canceled Web Orders Appearing on the End of Day Report
We resolved an issue where a web order voided before payment was captured could be marked as Refunded instead of Voided. This was causing it to incorrectly appear on the End of Day report and potentially generate unnecessary processing fees. We have corrected all transactions affected by this issue.
