Our normal hours during which phone support is available at 385-404-6200 are Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 5pm Mountain Time. For support emails you send us at support@rainpos.com, we do our best to reply within 24 hours on business days.

For major holidays such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas we offer limited support, but call volume tends to be low on those days.
