Accessing Your Billing Account Information

Your StaxBill Billing Account Portal

As a client you have access to an account portal where you can do the following things:

  • Update your billing information for name, address, etc.
  • Update your payment methods (any major credit card accepted).
  • View and print any invoice that has been sent to you from this billing system.
  • View every payment you've made through the billing system.

Let's Get Started!

If you already have access to the main system, you can access your Billing by clicking on the Admin button in the upper right with your username, then click Billing Portal, as shown below.

Other Ways to Access the Portal

A link to your personal billing portal is on every invoice and upcoming billing notification. This link will only work if you are already registered for the portal. To obtain a billing portal registration, please reach out to billing@posinvoicing.com.

 

Updating Payment Method

Once you have logged into the Billing Portal by following the on-screen instructions, here is how you can update payment information on your account:

  1. Locate the Summary section on the right-hand side of the screen.

  2. Click Manage.

  1. To add a new card click the Add button.

The card information required is:

  • Name of the cardholder
  • Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • CVV or Security Code
  1. Once you've entered the information, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

 

Updating Your Address Information

Once you're logged into the Billing Portal, you can edit or update your Address information by following these steps:

  1. Find the drop-menu icon in the upper right, open it, and click Profile.

  1. Update your details as necessary. Required fields are Address, Country, Province/State, City, and Postal/ZIP Code.

  2. Click Save at the bottom when you're finished.

 

Accessing Past Invoices

If you're logged into the Billing Portal, you can view your past invoices by following these steps:

  1. Click Invoices on the left side of the Summary area, as pictured here:

  1. From the list of your Invoices, click View for the one you wish to see.

  2. You will be able to send yourself a copy via email or download the PDF.
