Print Labels in Bulk

If you need to print labels for a large number of products at once, using the Bulk Action is great, because the system will automatically load all selected products into the Barcode Printing window.

  1. Store Location - You can print inventory barcode labels from one store Location at a time, if you have multiple locations. Click to open the drop-list and choose the location for which you wish to print.

  2. Print Proxy Status - If you use the optional ZPL (Zebra Printer Language) integration and have that on, this feature will display as Active and allow you to print directly through the ZPL interface, which allows for detailed control over printing options. Click here to learn more (this link will open in a new browser tab): Direct Label Printing With ZPL

  3. Select Printer - If you have one or more label printers installed on your system or accessible from your device, you can select the one you want here.

  4. Barcode Label Size - The system supports several label sizes, and they include the following:

    1. 1" x 1" - Item Number: Dymo 30332, Zebra 10023328
    2. 2.25" x 1.25" - Item Number: Dymo 30334, Zebra 800322-125-EA
    3. 2.25" x 0.75" - Item Number: Dymo 30330, Zebra 10009524
    4. Dumbbell 2-Up (Dymo) - Item Number: Dymo 30299
    5. Dumbbell 1-Up - Item Number: Dymo 30327, Zebra 10023328
    6. Long Tail - Item Number: Dymo LV-30373, Zebra LV-10010064
  5. Custom Label Templates - Our robust and flexible Custom Label feature allows you to make templates for common barcode label needs. For full details click here: Creating and Managing Custom Labels

  6. Add Products to Print List - If you need more labels for products not in your list, you can search for them from here.

  7. Bulk Select Items - Clicking this button will open a window where you can search for as many items as you need and add them all at once to your print list.

  8. Select All / Item Checkboxes - You can manually check the boxes for the items in the list you want to print, or you can click the checkbox at the top of the list to select / deselect them all.

  9. Label Quantity to Print - By default, each line item is loaded with 1 in the Quantity field, but if you need to print more you can change that number to whatever quantity you need.

  10. Inventory Selection - Clicking this button for an item will open a window that will show you different 'batches' of inventory for the item that you have added to the system over the item's history. This will help you identify your oldest inventory and print labels for them to sell them first, if that is your preference. See the image below for an example of the Inventory Selection window.

  11. Print Preview - If you would like to see what the queued product labels will look like, click the Print Preview button and you can scroll through and see how they'll be sent to the printer. You can also print directly from this window.

  12. Print - If you are ready to print your labels, click this button and the print dialog window will open for your browser so you can start your print job.
