If you already have access to the main system, you can access your Billing by clicking on the Admin button in the upper right with your username, then click Billing Portal, as shown below.
A link to your personal billing portal is on every invoice and upcoming billing notification. This link will only work if you are already registered for the portal. To obtain a billing portal registration, please reach out to billing@posinvoicing.com.
Once you have logged into the Billing Portal by following the on-screen instructions, here is how you can update payment information on your account:
Locate the Summary section on the right-hand side of the screen.
Click Manage.

Once you're logged into the Billing Portal, you can edit or update your Address information by following these steps:
Update your details as necessary. Required fields are Address, Country, Province/State, City, and Postal/ZIP Code.
Click Save at the bottom when you're finished.
If you're logged into the Billing Portal, you can view your past invoices by following these steps:
From the list of your Invoices, click View for the one you wish to see.
You will be able to send yourself a copy via email or download the PDF.
