Steps for Viewing a Customer's Serialized Purchases

1. Go to Customers > Customers.
2. Search for the Customer you want and click the Customer ID.

3. Click the History tab.
4. Click the View Serial Numbers Purchased button.

5. You can click on any serial number to see more details about the purchase and the item. You can also click the Event ID to see the original transactions.
