Use Reward Coupons in the Register

- Go to the Register. You can click the Register Button in the upper left.
- Search for the Customer. If they have a Reward Coupon, you will see the starburst icon in the upper right highlighted in gold.
- Click any of the icons in the upper right (see above), the Customer Actions panel will open.
- Find the Reward Coupons on the left and click on one (if you have an expiration date set for your coupons, click on the last coupon in the list; it will be the oldest one).
- You have the option to Apply All if you have set your Coupons to do so in Settings > POS Settings > General. (The setting is in the Coupons & Discounts section and is name Coupon & Discount Stacking. Set it to Apply All, then Save.)
- The coupon discount will be applied evenly across all items in the transaction that are eligible for discounts.
- Complete your transaction in the normal way.
